Jezebel today delivered this gem: eight alternatives to "sexy" costumes. Rosie the Riveter is pretty much to go-to, I think, for liberal, educated woman (am I wrong here?), but I love the idea of Nancy Drew or Annie Hall . . . Or, even better, some magical hybrid of the two, a lounge-singing sleuth in menswear.

Jezebel today delivered this gem: eight alternatives to "sexy" costumes.
