I love this sweet, surreal-looking duct tape topiary on Poppies at Play.  Not only would it make a fantastic Halloween centerpiece, but I think that, done in different colors, it would work well for other holidays.  Red for Valentine's Day, perhaps?  See the full tutorial at the link.
